What this app does

Recruiter Glasses is a hands-free hiring assistant: it reads a printed CV/résumé in frame, summarises it and suggests role-relevant questions, and turns spoken/typed observations into structured interview notes.

What we collect

Equality Act & no biometric identification

This tool is built to refuse judging a candidate by appearance, age, ethnicity, gender, disability or any other protected characteristic. It works from the content of documents and notes only — it does not perform facial recognition or any other biometric identification, and every prompt behind it is written to decline that kind of request.

Why we process it, and on what basis

Who we share data with

How long we keep it

We don't keep CV images, scan results or notes after the request that generated them — there is no database in this app to store them in. Cloudflare keeps connection logs per its own standard operational retention.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances; restrict or object to our processing; receive data you gave us in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To use any of these rights, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113 — though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

This is a standard-form policy describing how Recruiter Glasses actually works today, generated from the product's own code and configuration. It is provided for transparency, is not legal advice, and publishing it does not by itself make Recruiter Glasses or Pharoah Technology “compliant” with UK GDPR or any other law — that depends on our practices continuing to match what's written here.
