Recruiter Glasses is a hands-free hiring assistant: it reads a printed CV/résumé in
frame, summarises it and suggests role-relevant questions, and turns spoken/typed
observations into structured interview notes.
What we collect
No account or sign-in is required to use this site.
When you trigger a CV scan, that image frame is sent to our AI provider for that one
request, to produce the summary/questions you asked for. Nothing is stored on our
servers afterwards — there is no server-side database behind this app.
Interview notes and “what should I ask next” text you type or dictate are sent to
the same AI provider to generate a response, and are not stored server-side.
Every page load sends a minimal, first-party page-view signal (the page path, the referring page, an anonymous per-tab session id generated in your browser, and this product's name) to our own analytics endpoint, so we can see which pages get used. It sets no cookies, is skipped entirely if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, and is not shared with any outside analytics company.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes standard connection logs to keep the
site secure.
Equality Act & no biometric identification
This tool is built to refuse judging a candidate by appearance, age, ethnicity, gender,
disability or any other protected characteristic. It works from the content of documents
and notes only — it does not perform facial recognition or any other biometric
identification, and every prompt behind it is written to decline that kind of request.
Why we process it, and on what basis
Legitimate interests — running the assistant you actively triggered, and
keeping the site secure.
Who we share data with
Cloudflare — our hosting/edge network, which processes standard connection logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) to serve the site securely.
Anthropic — the AI provider that processes the photo/text you submit for that specific request, to generate the response you asked for.
How long we keep it
We don't keep CV images, scan results or notes after the request that generated them
— there is no database in this app to store them in. Cloudflare keeps connection logs
per its own standard operational retention.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances;

these rights, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the

This is a standard-form policy describing how Recruiter Glasses actually
works today, generated from the product's own code and configuration. It is provided
for transparency, is not legal advice, and publishing it does not by itself make
Recruiter Glasses or Pharoah Technology “compliant” with UK GDPR or any other law —
that depends on our practices continuing to match what's written here.
